Manage lead pipelines, automate client communications, track Google Ads campaigns, sync Google Calendar & Gmail, track team productivity, and execute agreements in one secure platform.
Graphic Surge CRM is engineered to streamline business operations for marketing agencies and client service providers. Here is how our platform serves user needs:
Track sales opportunities, drag-and-drop deal stages, monitor lead health metrics, and calculate revenue projections in real time.
Connect your Google Ads account to sync ad metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) into CRM analytics dashboards for ROI tracking.
Create electronic proposals, collect client signatures, issue tax-compliant invoices, and track financial transactions.
OAuth Scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
When authorized via OAuth, Graphic Surge CRM accesses Google Ads account performance data, including customer campaign names, ad group statistics, impressions, clicks, advertising spend, and conversion metrics.
The Google Ads scope permission is required to fetch advertising performance metrics into the CRM Marketing Hub (/marketing/integrations) so marketing teams can measure return on ad spend (ROAS) alongside lead pipeline data.
Google Ads metrics are aggregated and rendered in private workspace analytics dashboards. The data remains strictly server-side, encrypted per workspace, and is never shared, sold, or exposed publicly.
Users can disconnect their Google Ads integration at any time under Marketing → Integrations or via Google Account Security settings. Tokens are stored securely server-side.
Transparent & Limited Use Disclosure for Google OAuth Scopes
Graphic Surge CRM requests access to Google APIs (including Google Ads scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, gmail.readonly, and calendar.readonly) strictly to enable users to view ad metrics, client communications, and schedule appointment bookings within their CRM workspace.
Mandatory Limited Use Statement:
"Graphic Surge CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."
